On this site, you will find ways to access a variety of information regarding workshops, meetings, and events available for parent involvement. As the District 109 Title I Parent Involvement Educator, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Anne Whiting, and I have worked in District #109 for over 25 years. I graduated with a B.A., from Adrian College, and received a Masters Degree from National Louis University. My original role was designed to be the Parent Educator for our Early Childhood Programs. In addition, I taught in our Preschool for All and Head Start Programs. As a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, I have enjoyed many opportunities working with District families and our youngest learners. While I loved teaching, my passion lies with providing resources and learning opportunities for parents...just as our children continue to learn and grow, so shall we.
